Project Manager – Finance & Real Estate
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial projects (budget, cash flow, reporting).
- Ensure the development and management of real estate projects (plans, site monitoring, supplier coordination).
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships.
- Prepare the required financial and legal documents.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, real estate management, or similar fields.
- 3+ years of experience in financial and/or real estate management.
- Excellent organizational, budget management, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate law is an asset.
