Program Manager – Women's Entrepreneurship
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Women's Entrepreneurship programs.
- Coordinate field activities and lead workshops/coaching sessions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce progress reports.
- Manage local partnerships and beneficiaries.
Required profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree (management, economics, development).
- 2+ years of experience in project management or SME support.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
